Education Programme is the foundation for human development. The convention on the Rights of the child states that every child has the right to develop to the maximum extent possible to achieve their full potential. Children who receive adequate care and creative opportunities for growth and development during early childhood are more likely to benefit from later education and other social services. They are also likely to be more productive and healthy citizens. Accordingly, PDPMSS is running a Non-Formal School for the poor and destitute children in Pathar Pratima Block. There are 78 students in the school.
We recognize education as the main instrument that empowers individuals to make informed choices, resist subjugation & claim their rights, besides opening new possibilities & opportunities for themselves. The philosophy of our organization is based on the belief that each child deserves an equal opportunity for total development. With this belief we have distributed some books to the poor students to encourage them for their study which was supported by MUKTI.
